Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our data-driven organization. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex data sets, generating insights, and providing valuable recommendations to drive data-informed decision-making across the company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, extract and transform data, and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations to derive meaningful insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling to support business decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and data-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data governance best practices, ensuring data quality, privacy, and compliance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
  • Proficient in SQL and data querying languages, with experience in working with relational databases and data manipulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to create interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Solid understanding of data management principles, data governance, and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
